RULING OF THE MINISTER OF MUNICIPAL AFFAIRS AND HOUSING

Pursuant to s.29(1)(b) of the Building Code Act, 1992, as amended, the Director of the Housing Development and Buildings Branch as delegate of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing hereby adopts the following amendment to a code, standard, guideline, protocol or procedure that has been adopted by reference in the Building Code:
