A new Common Building Permit Form is now available.

• Prescribed Orders

There are five prescribed orders mandated for use by principal  authorities and registered code agencies beginning July 1, 2005.

These orders have been updated to refer to the current edition of the  Building Code (Ontario Regulation 350 /06 as amended) and include a number of editorial changes.

• Ébauches de formules d’ordre prescrites aux termes des articles 12, 13, 14 et 18 de la Loi de 1992 sur le code du bâtiment

Il existe cinq formules d’ordre prescrites que les autorités principales et les organismes inscrits d’exécution du code devront utiliser à partir du 1er juillet 2005. Ces formules sont affichées ci-dessous sous forme d’ébauches. 
 

• Registered Code Agency (RCA) Certificates

Registered Code Agencies are required to issue certificates signifying that they have completed prescribed construction review and inspection stages.

These certificates have been updated to refer to the current edition of  the Building Code (Ontario Regulation 350/06, as amended and include a number of editorial changes.

The RCA certificates are now also available in French.
