Final Certificate

Indicates to the CBO that the construction of the building has been completed in substantial compliance with the Building Code. Click here for French version.

Occupancy Certificate
Indicates to the CBO that the unfinished construction meets the Building Code requirements to allow occupancy of a building not fully completed. Click here for French version. 

Change Certificate
Indicates to the CBO that the applicant’s proposed change in building permit plans (post permit issuance) have been reviewed and have been found to be in substantial compliance with the Building Code. Click here for French version.

Plans Review Certificate
Indicates to the Chief Building Official (CBO) that the permit application plans have been reviewed and have been found to be in substantial compliance with the Building Code. Click here for French version.
